Analyse and get to know what holds you back and get rid of.you will feel instant relief from doing it.
#3 WATCH SOME STUDY AND MOTIVATIONAL VIDEOS
It will be a great boost to visually observe someone’s routine and habits and you will get that sudden urge to try it yourself which will make you forget about the past or what you don’t want to remember!.
#4 GO OUT FOR A WALK(with or without pets)
Silently move out an walk in your city park or wherever you are around your house?or even in your backyard!..just get rid of your thoughts and feel the outside with empty mind!..
#5 DO WHAT YOU LOVE THE MOST
I love to eat,even if you are like me then do it..eat your favorite comfort food or love watching Netflix? then have a girls night together and watch Netflix!..or spend some family time!.
